WebUndies.com started in online retail in 1999,selling fun underwear and pajamas for the whole family. While the business has grown over the years with strong sales, we still had the original storefront. Not only was it a challenge to make changes, but it looked outdated and not-so-fun. As part of a larger project to transition to ShopSite for our existing shopping cart and to revamp our backend, we needed an updated face to the customer. We were looking for something fun, but professional and Merit nailed the design! Navigation was also high on our priority list and the team helped us achieve the result we were hoping for.

As they are very experienced with ShopSite, the technical knowledge of the DDS team was integral in the smooth transition from one cart to the other. Digital Design Solutions has done the impossible! We recruited them in October to help with a complete redesign and overhaul of our website. I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to share my terrific experience working with the team at Digital Design Solutions. DDS reconfigured our shopping cart and then reconfigured our entire website to make it mobile friendly. From my first telephone call to review the proposal to completing our final project, each step of the way was handled very professionally. I appreciate that Merit and Cristan could communicate technological ideas and concepts into “layman’s” terms so I could understand everything that was going on. They always gave us options for ways to save money. And, every email, phone call and promise made was timely.
